1) One on One Personal training- this style benefit’s anyone from a fitness novice to a motivated veteran. We recommend this option to those seriously committed to improving their fitness level. This option gives the client the complete and undivided attention of a trainer for optimal instruction and safety.

2) Two on One personal training- this style allows two people of similar ability and goals to train together at the same time. Having a partner for comradely and motivation can be very beneficial, and may also add a dynamic capable of pushing the workout intensity to the next level.

3) Group Fitness- this training takes place indoors and outdoors, and combines cardiovascular training with functional exercise to improve energy and functional strength. Group size can vary, and can be formed by acquaintances, or a single person can be assigned to a group. Although group fitness involves multiple participants, the focus of each group is specifically geared to accomplish a goal.

4) Navy Seal Style Training- this style provides an intense workout that will focus on functional strength, and takes place in the gym as well as outside. This can be done individually, or with a partner. The benefits of this training include overall increases in strength and endurance, which benefit’s us in all areas of life, not just our life in the gym.

5) Soccer Fitness- this program will have you ready to hit the field in shape, as well as mentally sharp. By combining soccer specific fitness with real game situations, we not only improve your fitness, but show you how to effectively apply fitness on the
field as well.


6) Army Boot Camp Conditioning - Army Boot Camp Conditioning is designed to authentically portray the conditioning given to the actual soldiers in the United States Army. To ensure the authenticity of our Army Boot Camp Conditioning we have brought in Captain Adam Seibel, a 10-year veteran of the United States Army to teach it. Captain Adam is currently assigned as an Operations Officer for Area Security, First United States Army East in nearby Fort Dix, New Jersey.
